(Numbers 14:21) “but indeed, as I live, all the earth will be filled with the glory of the Lord."
Reminder: "praying effectively" involves knowing God's will. When we pray in His will (in His name), He may choose to not answer those prayers in the time period that we would like, or HOW we would like - but He will answer those prayers!
It is God's will: that one day, as He has promised, all covenants will be fulfilled and the entire earth will be filled with His glory
Today's prayer:
Dear Lord Jesus, thank You for Your promises of hope. And thank You for Your faithfulness, so that we may be bold and confident, knowing that the prophecies still left to be fulfilled - will be fulfilled one day.
Of course, it would be great if that day would start now, but You know all things, and have a great purpose in mind! So help me to stay patient, content and steadfast in this world that we find ourselves. Knowing that You hold the future, help me to keep my eyes fixed on You for the present, and continue on in giving You the glory that You deserve.
Let Your Church continue to glorify You in all things, so that Your hope may shine out to the hopeless. Amen.
