(Isaiah 24:21-23) So it will happen in that day, that the Lord will punish the host of heaven on high, and the kings of the earth on earth.
22 They will be gathered together like prisoners in the dungeon, and will be confined in prison; and after many days they will be punished.
23 Then the moon will be abashed and the sun ashamed, for the Lord of hosts will reign on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem, and His glory will be before His elders.

At the end of the Tribulation, the nations will be judged for their sins. Then Jesus will sit on the throne in Jerusalem and set up His kingdom for the thousand year reign (which is the Millennium, which is also called "The Wedding Feast")...
(Isaiah 24:6) The Lord of hosts will prepare a lavish banquet for all peoples on this mountain; A banquet of aged wine, choice pieces with marrow, And refined, aged wine.
The people who become Christians during the Tribulation are the ones who will stay - and enjoy all of this. They will have children during the Millennium, but just like everyone else, those people have to make a choice to believe in Jesus - or not. But no matter what their choice is, Jesus, as the perfect King, will be governing with righteousness and justice, and so there will be peace and safety, etc...
(Isaiah 26:1-8) In that day this song will be sung in the land of Judah:
“We have a strong city; He sets up walls and ramparts for security.
2 “Open the gates, that the righteous nation may enter, the one that remains faithful.
3 “The steadfast of mind You will keep in perfect peace, because he trusts in You.
4 “Trust in the Lord forever, for in God the Lord, we have an everlasting Rock.
5 “For He has brought low those who dwell on high, the unassailable city; He lays it low, He lays it low to the ground, He casts it to the dust.
6 “The foot will trample it, the feet of the afflicted, the steps of the helpless.”

7 The way of the righteous is smooth; O Upright One, make the path of the righteous level.
8 Indeed, while following the way of Your judgments, O Lord, we have waited for You eagerly; Your name, even Your memory, is the desire of our souls.

(Isaiah 26:21) For behold, the Lord is about to come out from His place
To punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity;
And the earth will reveal her bloodshed.
Isaiah jumps around a lot. Throughout the book of Isaiah, he gives prophecy after prophecy on the same theme/s. So above is another prophecy of Jesus coming at the end of the Tribulation, and below is another prophecy of Jesus in the Millennium, and then the very last bit (which I have highlighted) is another recap....
(Isaiah 35:1-4) The wilderness and the desert will be glad, and the Arabah will rejoice and blossom; like the crocus
2 It will blossom profusely and rejoice with rejoicing and shout of joy. The glory of Lebanon will be given to it, the majesty of Carmel and Sharon. They will see the glory of the Lord, the majesty of our God.
3 Encourage the exhausted, and strengthen the feeble.
4 Say to those with anxious heart, “Take courage, fear not. Behold, your God will come with vengeance; the recompense of God will come, but He will save you.”

The Israelites were fully warned, were fully encouraged - that their Messiah was coming to earth. They missed "seeing" Him the first time. But God keeps His promises! God will make very sure that they "see" Him the second time. It won't be fun! But it will be very obvious to those who are going through the Tribulation! EXCEPT FOR the ones who pass away or are raptured BEFORE this time... (Israelites or anyone else) who do "see" and accept Jesus NOW as their personal Savior. Now is the time! As Jesus was telling Nicodemus - these are also Jesus' words to us...
(John 3:11-21) "Truly, truly, I say to you, we speak of what we know and testify of what we have seen, and you do not accept our testimony. 12 If I told you earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things? 13 No one has ascended into heaven, but He who descended from heaven: the Son of Man. 14 As Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up;15 so that whoever believes will in Him have eternal life. 16 For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him. 18 He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 This is the judgment, that the Light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the Light, for their deeds were evil. 20 For everyone who does evil hates the Light, and does not come to the Light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. 21 But he who practices the truth comes to the Light, so that his deeds may be manifested as having been wrought in God.”
